I ordered an birthday item from sunflower.com however the product was defective i emailed them the picture of the defective item and the picture i used when i ordered the item they ignored my emails and someone called me back three times i asked them for replacement or refund now they telephone number dont work and they ignoring my emails i read they reviews and i found out they did the same thing to lots of other people i am reporting them so their website could be considered fraud because they sending people defective or item they are not advertising and they won't give you your money back or a replacement please someone contact me because this company is a fraud
