They (representatives of Summerflex Roofing and Masonry) came by my house and offered to clean my roof and gutters. I invited them back the next day to begin work and the informed me that my roof needed to be replaced and removed many of the shingles, then insisted that they needed a $7,000 deposit to get the materials. The never called back and never showed up. I called back and had numerous conversations over a couple weeks about getting my refund but it was never provided. Their phone number now goes straight to voicemail and their voicemail box is full.

I spoke with a company of a similar name, Summerflex Construction, and they said that they'd heard of this company ripping off other people, not just in Washington state but also in New Jersey.
