They called claiming to be a law firm, then proceeded to call all of my family members over a US Bank account they claimed I had abandoned. I have a great credit history with US Bank so all I can think is it was from 2005 when I was previously married. When I tried to ask what it was he wouldn't let me finish a sentence, called me a [censored] with no moral character. Claimed I had been sued and evicted, none of which is true. Absolutely awful people. Also stated they had mailed me the information numerous times... I've lived at the same address for 18 years. It does make me very uncomfortable that they have my social security # but I'm not sure what I can do about it since they don't seem to be a legitimate company. When I tried to call back after his attack, they won't answer the phone and it goes to voice mail time and time again.

Got a call yesterday morning from this creep saying I owed X amount of money on a US Bank account. I played nice and recieved a settlement offer thru email. Instead of paying them,I contacted US Bank, Social Security,all three credit bureaus and reported them. I also gave there info to the local police force. I blocked their numbers and emailed them back explaining what actions had been taken. Guess what? The big bad wolf didn't blow down my house. What a pathetic existence this company is. 🙄 take care and be careful. There be wolves out in those woods 😆

We received multiple phone calls on 3/26/2024 from this "company" Sullivan & Associates stating my husband has an outstanding auto loan debt from 2006. The woman threatened legal action unless we paid in full the amount she says he owes. On the phone on 3/26 and via email on 3/27, we have been ridiculed, told we're "weasling out" of our family's obligations, told we have horrible character. The "person" we are dealing with will not / cannot provide details on the auto loan including the vehicle it was for, nor will they provide information on their location, their licenses, accreditation, etc.

The number they used was 724-343-3387
The woman identified the company as Sullivan & Sullivan, but on the voice mail it said Sullivan & Associates.

1-855-599-2196 is the number these people keep trying to harass me over a 16yr old debt that does not exist anymore. They just called me back and when I said I had looked them up and they are on every scam board online he just says that’s what everyone says that doesn’t want to pay your bills and then hangs up on me lol! These guys are getting good because I had originally thought this might be legit but they were so rude I had to look into it and thankfully I did! Do not let these people SCAM YOU NEXT!

A man called and asked for me by a last name that I haven't had in 20 years. He said that I owe $885 to an old bank account and he told me my Social Security number. I told him that I closed that account years ago and there was no balance owed. He started yelling and threatening to take me to court. I told him that I will just call the bank and ask them about it. He hung up on me. I called the number back and a woman named Pam answered. I told her I had talked to the bank and they told me that it wasn't anything from them. She said she would document it accordingly. Is there anything that we can do? They had my social security number!.

Lady called while I was driving, I told her as much, pulled over when she told me that I should have received a supionia to appear in court and she was at my house to deliver one in person. I took down the number for the "court house" which was one of "Sullivan and Associates debt collection people". All he did was deny what the lady said and lie more and yell and accuse me. Asking me to get $3,000. from family and friends since I didn't have anything or else they would take my home and car from me. Telling me I had till the end of the day only! I looked up my rights, called back and asked for their license #…and address which they refused to give me.

After this company called everyone in my family tracking me down! I returned their call! They told me I had an $18,000 car repossession from 2004, that unless I made arrangements to pay, they were taking me to court and I would be sued. After this phone call, I tryed 2 times to call them to explain that I could not have had a loan back then for that amount, and both times the guy hung up on me, tryed to call again and it went to voice mail. I knew at that point it was a SCAM!

My experience was the same as everyone elses. This post is so that everyone can be informed on their rights. Look up your states statue of limitations regarding debt collection, it is on average 6 years from the last payment date. Read and understand The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). If they are in violation of the aforementioned Act then you can report them to the FTC

Just received a call from Sullivan Associates about a debt my husband owes and they said they’ve been trying to get a hold of him for 7 months now and if I don’t call back now I’m forfeiting all our rights to fight this and they will take all legal actions necessary. So I looked up them and found this site. So I called and the guy that answered was not a nice person I let him know not to call my number if they are trying to get a hold of my husband and that they are a scam from what I found out about them. Went and checked my husband’s credit and there was not one that was in any kind of collection absolutely nothing. The called from a number associated with Nogales,Az 520-980-4093 and the number they told me to call them back is 1-855-204-0979

I have been receiving calls from this company for over two years! They call saying a complaint has been filed against my ex-husband. We have not been married in over 20 fricking years! They claim that if I don't call them back that I am forfeiting my right for them to not come after me at the full pursuit of the law. I am so glad I found this web page.

Was contacted by Sullivan and Associates by phone. They claimed that they had already sent out written notifications for collection of a debt that is 18 years old. Stated I owed $3,000 + and to prevent further legal action to contact them immediately at 1-855-204-0979. Told me that they would greatly reduce my debt amount if I paid them immediately.

I have never received any written information from them and I did not purchase the automobile in question in 2004.

Sullivan and associates continues to call me , my current husband and ex husbands over debt from 1998. When I asked them to cease and desist calling me and contacting anyone and that the statute of limitation has been far met for them to come after me, the man began yelling at me and getting indignant. I ended up hanging up on him as he was yelling at me. This is absurd that people think they can harass you this way. I have nothing on my credit report for the debt they are claiming I owe. I have purchased houses and cars without incident. Unsure why they are calling me.

Phone number used to call me was a local number of 443-391-9427 the VM had a number of 855-204-0979. Another VM said to call 1800 700 5584.

I was contacted by Sullivan and Associates today and the scam artist told me I owe Orchard Bank $3800. Well I have no Orchard Bank credit card and have never had one. He told me I was a liar. And they were going to sue me. He was very combatant. And demanded I pay now. Also said they had send me mail for months. I have never received any mail from them or even Orchard Bank. They have left voice mails also.

Never received important paperwork. Called from a local number. This is about a 20+ old car loan we missed 4 payments on. Can't tell us thw type of vehicle. Got our address wrong. The woman was so rude when I started asking questions. We of denied the dept because it is bogas. According to her we had 1000 dollars on original loan now it is up to 10k plus legal fees. They keep calling. We really need to know how to keep them from contacting our family members and to get them to stop harassing us. All vehicles we have ever had have been paid off. Plus never took out a car loan in 2004.

I got a call this morning on my voicemail with a robo voicemail saying parent with this last known address owed a debt. Sound like they were saying my ex husband but I know that's not true because I have been divorced since 2012 and I moved to this address where he never lived nor had we shared numbers. Then they proceeded to leave their 1800 700 5584 number with a case number.

Same as all of you. For months now “Pam Jenkins” from Sullivan & Associates gives the same speech on my voicemail. Call back to 855-700-5584 as I have minimum time to resolve or it will be pursued further in court. I have 5 digit case # etc.. They supposedly mailed me documents as well months ago. Never received “so called” documents. They’ve also left messages with relatives for me. If you wonder how they connect our relatives to us, an internet search will do it easily.

I have no known debt issues unresolved currently. Anything from 20+ years ago should be long gone and done.

There should be a statute of limitations and legal protection for us in place as we have rights. They can’t do this.

It is at the highest level beyond disgusting. They’re bottom feeders. Just [censored] trying to get scraps using intimidation and scare tactics. Don’t fall for it! Shut these scammers down.

408-738-3960, calling parent saying I am being summoned, but I have not received a call from them nor have they knocked on my door. Parent in Nevada and I am in Texas, no clue why they are harassing her. Not once have I received a call or message from this number or anyone from Sullivan and Associates.

Called and said that they wanted to settle a collection debt today, and if I wasn't going to then I would hear from the courts in 4 days to set up a meeting with the judge to determine if the debt was mine. Once the judge determines the debt is mine i would be responsible for the full debt, as well as the collection companies lawyer fees.
I said that this must be a zombie debt, she said no, since it was filled in 2017. I asked why am I just now hearing about this, She could not explain, but the judge could. She said the debt was for US Bank from 2009. I said this was a Zombie debt, she said I was wrong because it was brough to collection in 2017. I asked why would the bank hold the debt for 8 years before going into collection, and she said the judge could answer all of these questions. I asked her to email me the info, and then I never received any emails from them.

they called and left a long voicemail using my name A bunch of times trying to make it sound scary saying theres been a complaint filed against me and they are giving me a chance to get ahead of it before they take it to the fullest extent of the law. let me tell you why I know this is a scam... Legit law firms don't have a Local Number come up on Caller ID and then tell you to call a different number to get back in touch, I have people I know extremely well that own call Centers and I'm an IT Specialist and they have left multiple people phone numbers that are all very similar but they are different numbers, that's because they Keep getting reported. further more the person that left his name has used the same name in different ways many times, you can even go back in this thread a see the name Logan in other calls, sometimes its his first name, sometimes its his last name. His Biggest mistake is by trying to sound professional he over sold it and sounds like a complete [censored]. don't take these guys seriously. its laughable.
