Purchased items presented via Cupshe ad on Facebook. Items were not received although tracking provided suggested the package was delivered. Contacted company and items were allegedly resent but again not received as per tracking info. Refund requested 3x and not received several months later. Bank trace details requested but I’m not holding my breath on those.

Attempted to purchase items via Cupshe. When orders went through, confirmation email from Suedvron March 6, 2025. Shipping Confirmation email sent March 7, 2025. April 9th with no sign of ordered items, unresponsive tracking app, and double talk customer service responses from Suedvron. Money to be recouped via Credit Card Company.

Clicked on Facebook ad for Cupshe. Made online purchase with credit card info address and phone number. Noticed email receipt had different company info.
