First saw an advertisement on Facebook for a store closing and selling wooden puzzles cheap. Purchased about 40 totaling ~$80 in June. Didn't see anything at all for a month (I gave some time due to the "store closing" and assuming 40+ puzzles might be hard to locate even when a store isn't closing). Emailed in July, inquiring. Was responded to with the gist that "the package is ready to be shipped out and will be on its way soon". Waited two more weeks - still no shipping confirmation or updates at all. Reached out again, got the same message as before. Waited one more week, emailed again, telling them if I wasn't given a working tracking number by the end of the week, I would be asking for a refund next. Got the same response as before, but then within 48 hours had another message sent with a tracking link. I checked it every few days for another MONTH (it is now September). Some of the details seemed a bit weird, like the phrasing for each stage of the journey, but giving the benefit of the doubt I assumed maybe it was due to translation. Finally, the link says "delivered" - and absolutely nothing was delivered. I was buying the supposed puzzles to decorate house with, and wound up getting dicked around for 3 months with a charge I have to dispute with my bank tomorrow. I hope these [censored] get a swift kick in the balls. Been waiting on those for decor for 3 months, and it's held up other projects all that time. This was the 4th such puzzle place I had "purchased" from through a Facebook ad - and only this one was a scam. 0/10 - try your luck elsewhere.

Took 1 month to deliver, and said was delivered but the product never arrived. The scam company out of China never gave the name of carrier that was to deliver the package.
