Ordered a Kohler part for a customer on 8/18/25. I quickly tried to "ask a question" on their website and got an email from "customer service" saying they couldn't give me any information that I had to go back to the website and look at the order - I never set up an "account" but ordered like a guest purchase so couldn't not check that way. [email protected] email would send me sporadic message and I did receive tracking with Order number and Courier: HY-Express which I followed (from China) and never rec'd the package when they said it was delivered. The second to last email I rec'd mentioned "Hello!Don't worry, I have submitted the application for investigation and will inform you in time if there is any news." I then rec'd an email that said it was delivered. I have since asked twice for a picture of delivery and then I asked for a signature that was given. Delivery was supposedly on 9/19/25 at 17:39:19 (after hours on a Friday).

I've since had to track the item down through a vendor for $40+.
