I would rate this company even less - after 7 months of waiting, my return (at my own expense of £17) has just been delivered back to me as the return address does not exist.

It's a GLOBAL scam, same trick different company names, consumers have been scammed in Canada, USA, Europe, Australia, NZ ....
pretending to be a local shop but it really is just some [censored]ty scammer from CHINA. Watch out! (google the return address and the name of the person you're supposed to return to item to)
PLEASE FLAG THEM, REPORT THEM to the banks, the credit card companies ... other authorities.
