Stephen (Steve) Summerall is a business member of Five Holdings Company LLC. Stephen sought an investor for this business, which we became his sole investors (and members of the business). The business was established in Panama City Beach, FL. After investing over $140k and Steve being unable to execute on any promised business plan (e.g.: advertising magazines, vehicle advertising campaigns, social media platforms), Steve has now relocated to Tampa, FL and has taken possession of all physical business assets, provided no new address information and now, no longer communicates with us. This is an alert for the BBB, as we've learned this is not his first scam.
