I ordered a 510 thread vape pen and never received any shipping info. I emailed and used their online support chat to which there was no response. Once I emailed again stating I will dispute the charge, I got an email back saying “hello we have reached out to you in regards to our batteries being behind on delivery. Please give us some grace and we will ship it once it’s here” it has been a month since I placed my order. I’ve emailed back to ask for a refund, I doubt they will give me one.
