Scammer called me to set an appointment. He looked at my project and left to calculate a price which was $800. He stopped by to collect a $400 down payment and said he would be back tomorrow to do the job. He never showed and is not responding to my calls. The number given earlier was an answering service. His name is David McCallum. (716-374-2380 cell)
