A man approached my apartment promising to lower my bill and that was not obtained. I was pressured into answering him and he knocked over and over. They are very pushy. I was pregnant and so exhausted. He said he worked directly with PGE and I didn’t realize he was a third party seller. He never told me anything about cancellation fees or prices going up. He sold me something that I never received. I feel so overwhelmed and taken advantage of.
