Calling to notify you of a summons we received from the attorney's office of Jasper and Allen. They had requested to file a motion through Chesapeake City County Court for a wage garnishment or lien. Once the motion is filed, they do send a process server summons to your place of employment or home address at xxx In order to speak with them to staff the order.
