Purchased merchandise from an online company, stackedstorages (stackedstorages.co), on 1/11/23 and paid $167 for expedited shipping. Sent multiple emails to [email protected] requesting status updates due to the tracking number showing as "Status not available at the moment. Please try again later." After multiple emails merchant has refused to give a refund and continues to give the runaround. It has now been 42 days since initial purchase and merchant continues to refuse refund or issue a valid tracking number
