I purchased two children’s shirts and two children’s shirt/short sets from the Facebook company called Sweet Southern Smocks. It was a “pre-order,” so I purchased it in September 2024. The company was supposed to receive the product in January 2025 and ship it to the customer after. I received a notification that a shipping label was created on February 4, but nothing ever shipped under that label. I have emailed the company many times. The company emailed me back two times. Once stating that one of the shirts didn’t arrive and one asking if I want a refund. I have not received any of the other shirts or a refund for any items. The last I heard from the company was 3 weeks ago. It no longer responds to communications sent. I have ordered from the company before and received the items, but it is apparent it doesn’t intend to send me the items I ordered now.
