I ordered a Halloween costume that never came. I got an email that said my item had been shipped and would arrive in time for Halloween. I then received an email saying because it didn’t arrive on time I would be getting a refund which never came. I disputed this with my bank and the “company” sent a response saying I had received a refund which is not the case. The site sends blanket emails about refunds. I have looked online and there are endless reviews stating my same experience.

They have a website that seems legit. I ordered a costume that they guaranteed would get here by Halloween or they would refund my money. The costume never arrived. They answered my emails for a little bit and assured me the refund had been submitted but I never received the refund or the item and now they won’t answer any emails. No phone number to call.

Ordered a Halloween costume and never received it despite it being marked as delivered. Was given a tracking number but it wouldn’t show me a carrier. Was suspicious then. Reached out and was told it was marked as delivered due to a high volume of orders (which does occasionally happen). Still never received it and was told I would received a refund. Never received a refund either. Now no response from customer service. No costume. No money back.
