Online Retailer Scam

There was an add on Instagram about a skin tint foundation. I decided to order. I purchased on June 25. i received a confirmation email and started receiving shipping information and a time line for delivery however i never received the product and to is July 28th. I did reach out to the company to receive a refund and still have not received. I did dispute with my bank since the product was never received. They did respond and said they would send the product and a 50% refund on July 23rd and still nothing.

I ordered products from this company 4/26/25 - it is now 6/2/25 and I have not received my product or my money back. No correspondence of any kind and the number they provide is fake promising to get back to you when your turn comes up in the queue. Fake fake fake.

I made a purchase using the Zip app on May 8th and received an order number and have not yet received a tracking number. I reached out to the email address of the company and received a response that they are preparing my tracking number but it never came. There is NO contact info on their website, although it says "contact" and a space also to click on for "contact information."

Splendor Balm is a makeup company. They send "pat" responses to inquiries.
Once an order is generated, you will receive an order number and tracking information, but your product never arrives. you will never receive the product.
Emails offering you further discount opportunities to do repeat business with them! The offered is not worth it when you can't receive your original order placed.
