I went to the website and made the order in June 2025 and it never arrived. I called rhe phone number and emailed. And no response. I called a second time. It rang then hung up. Then they wanted to schedule a phone call for feedback and rhe email was wrong. I knew it was a scam. They took $38 on the date of purchase instead of after delivery. My other orders online arrived. I checked the tracking of my purchase on the splendor balm wedsite. It shows my order as not shipped. I cannot get in contact with customer service. I will turn it in to the Attorney General's office.
