I have had a package ordered through aliexpress, the final leg of the journey was supposed to be handled through Speedx.io, the package arrived to them on 2/18/2026, at 21:18PM. Not even 1 minute later they said this address was invalid, despite my address being a valid address as many amazon orders and usps orders have successfully been delivered.

I attempted to reach support only to find there is no true customer support only an AI chatbot. I was told to put in a ticket for the support team, this ticket was closed almost immediately and never notified me through email or any other forms of communication.

I have placed several follow up tickets only to be met with the same canned response

I have looked into this issue and have found countless posts online sharing the same frustration, with some people having to resort to physically going to the location of the shipping to get their packages

I’ve been emailing and trying to get in contact with this company for my Shein package.Its been sitting i. the warehouse.They told me the delivery address was corrected yet i never even changed the address or my contact info it’s not hard to find my home because i live in a house it’s frustrating because i’m going out the country for my trip and they don’t even update you about your package or nothing.Its saying my package is here in grapevine texas but not delivery

Aliexpress order delivered by SpeedX logistics. SpeedX stated they delivered my package to "Designated Location" and provided a picture of the entrance/outside of my Apartment from the street and no proof of delivering inside the building. I imagine they left the package outside in the morning and was taken by some passerby. This complaint won't amount to much because only over seas Chinese drop shippers use this garbage logistics company. If you have any US presence, you should not even consider using SpeedX because you will experience a huge amount of complaints of goods not being delivered.

I ordered from a company online that uses SpeedX to deliver their orders. The driver sent a text saying they were delivering the item, I went outside and there was no one there. The company takes "proof of delivery" photos but the photo he took was my package in his car, not proof of being delivered. No one came to my residence and he also wrote that he delivered it to my front door specifically as part of the "proof of delivery".This company has no one to talk too. It's just live chat. I have photos of the texts when they said it was being delivered and my text responding asking where they are. They use independent contractors to delivery goods and are known to steal packages often from hundreds of other reviews on other websites such as trustpilot. Please look into this as the delivery drivers are stealing peoples packages and it seems to be something people have to accept if you buy goods that just so happen to use them as their shipping method. This company is scamming people and has no one to help resolve theft by their own employees. All they have a phone number once listed that just rang to an empty voicemail and a live chat bot.

Ordered from the company shein and my package was supposed to be delivered through speedx. The package was delivered to a house that is not mine and I have not received the package. Neither speedx or shein will take responsibility for the package being delivered to the wrong address. They keep sending me photos of the delivery and will not listen when I tell them that is not a picture of my house and that I did not get the package.

They attempt to delivered 2x early in the moring but it would say they couldnt delivered it and even provide my address and its the right address. I massage their bot customer service massage and left 3 emails with no reply nor help. My seller from aliexpress wont help me too.

I am writing to formally request a refund for an order totaling over $200 that I placed with Shein. For this delivery, I specifically requested that the package be brought into the basement, where there is a secure gate. However, the delivery person left the package in an unsecured area instead.

As a result, someone stole my package. I have video evidence clearly showing an unknown individual picking up and leaving with my package. I have submitted this evidence, but despite this, I was informed that because the package was marked as "delivered," a refund would not be issued.

I believe this situation is not my fault, as the delivery person failed to follow my instructions, leading to the package being left in an unsafe location. I feel I am being unfairly penalized for their mistake, and I would like to request a full refund of the $200 for this order.

They are a scam with delivery. The do not deliver the package and then you lose all the money used to purchase the product. The then go on to state that you never used them in the first place and they make up another company that you use e.g. POD which doesn't even exist.

This speedx company is by far the worst shipping company i have ever seen or dealt with. I ordered stuff off of aliexpress and two weeks in a row their [censored] drivers left my package outside very early in the morning on a Sunday. Outside of a closed business address in a busy parking lot. The driver even stared at the business hours for 2 minutes before he left it outside. Needless to say, the packages were stolen less than ten minutes later both times. They are no help whatsoever when you contact them, they say it was delivered with proof of delivery and to contact the seller and if it was lost after the package was delivered it’s not their problem. They do not care at all about anyone’s packages, money, or items. I have been fighting and complaining to them for weeks and they keep leaving the packages outside regardless.

Multiple times now my SHEIN orders have shipped with SpeedX and they have been marked undeliverable even though I live in a suburban townhome with a stoop where orders can be left. This most recent time, I have received no response from SpeedX’s zendesk ticket system and there is no other way to contact this company. The phone number and email I had to enter to submit this report do not exist. I am trying to get a refund from SHEIN, which is a nightmare in and of itself and not a guaranteed thing. Many other customers (see Reddit and TrustPilot) report the same thing happened to them.

Ordered packages from SHEIN and ROMWE and both items were left out to be stolen with no delivery notification until after items were stolen. Both websites claim items were delivered and will not give me my money back.

I ordered from the company SHEIN. The delivery partner is SPEEDX, the scammers. There are many reviews online such as reddit complaining of the neglect practices of this company. I discovered this after I was scammed twice in a row and contacted the company. I have screenshots of them lying saying that they are not allowed to deliver to a customers door. There is no accountability whatsoever. The owner as profiled on LinkedIn is Chris Zheng. I've contacted Shein pleading with them to pick a legitimate delivery company but I guess they make too much money selling items on the cheap to care if I receive my package or not. If you use Shein your packages will likely come via speedx, but you probably won't get it. The phone number provided is a California based number but according to the linkedin profile the owner/company is based in New York. When you call the number it will direct you to contact them via www speedex.io, it's done in chat form only and the reps are either really [censored]s or simply don't care. There is no accountability at all. First my package was supposedly delivered to the wrong apartment, then it was delivered to the lobby of my building with 34 apartments. When I told them, this is when they said they aren't allowed to deliver to a customers door. So USPS, FedEx, AMAZON, DHL, UPS etc. Can but you can't? Ok whatever. I am convinced that they themselves stole my packages. I live in NYC and there are reviews on REDDIT for places like California, stating the same things. I lost $28.05 because Shein doesn't seem willing to refund me this time, even though they refunded me the first time and it's clear to me that they are aware of their partners unscrupulous actions. Don't order from Shein unless you have money to waste or you just feel like playing Russian roulette. Please share this with friends and family and report them here and to local authorities if you too have experienced this crime. I was only allowed to upload one file so I choose the pic of my conversation where a rep stated they weren't allowed to deliver to my door. I felt this would really help to understand the gravity of negligence from this company.

This company has a track record of false deliveries and theft. Buyers beware! Do not shop with companies associated. You will not receive your goods.

Placed SHEIN order and said it was delivered September 5 which was a lie . Whom ever took the picture was not even in front of my house my camera never picked up any delivery person that came . I ordered $90 worth of stuff.SHEIN do better ! SPX0HU056701621238

This is the worst shipping company. I placed an order in August. And my package was suppose to reach between August 23 to 26 and all now my package hasn't reach. No number to call or text. Email is second ti none. I need my package. Shein please get rid on the courier company. You can't have a company and if anything goes wrong you can't call bull[censored]. Is this the new way to scam us

I ordered a package on shein a few days ago, the package id is SPX0YB056701306420 . Over the days I've checked to see where my order is, at first it was in China, few days later I see that it's "incomplete tracking" or "missing" please help me get my order I need to get it before September 5. SpeedX is a hired shipping company that ships stuff from Shein and Temu and probably other fast fashion websites. They delievered my package to a location that isnt my home so i suspect they stole it! Also on trust pilot many other people have had this issue. (https://www.trustpilot.com/review/speedx.io?stars=1) They also dont have a phone number to call and they dont respond to text messages. I have included the "proof" they gave me and a geo location where i live. They delivered to an apartment and i live in a house. This company needs to be stopped asap. Thank you!
