A down payment was given for chimney work that was going to cost 9,249.00. The day of the service they told my husband our service was on another date. They called me to say there was an emergency. We didn’t want to work with them because of the lies & confusion. They promised to give me a refund if I didn’t disparage the company. I have a recording of them saying I was supposed to get a refund. I have an email where they promised to refund my money. I tried disputing the charge with ******* ***. They believed the merchant because they prepared fraudulent paperwork for 2,857.94. I used another company for the work & provided the invoice. SP waited long enough for the dispute to be closed to say why would they pay me when they won the dispute. They did nothing for us.
