Southwest app said to go to Southwest.com to book a flight for my 16 year old granddaughter. Site gave this number 855-714-6254. Booked flight but said there was a $150.02 charge for minor flying by themselves. I later looked up policy and there is no charge for 11-17 youth. Called back " Brayden" at this # he gave if I had any questions 702-749-5642. He answered when I called to question him. Said he would put that charge back on my card in 3-5 business days. We will see. Was insistant they do charge. But I had called Southwest to ask before calling him back. They said no charge for youth 11-17 flying alone.

Bank said to cancel my card. I did !!
