I ordered a hoodie off her website in April of 2025. I’ve tried communicating with her getting little response and when I did it was always an excuse as to why the hoodie hadn’t been sent yet. She has since closed down her website and email so the only way to reach her is through Instagram. I’ve messaged her multiple time with very few responses on there and now zero response for about 3 months now. I haven’t been able to get my hoodie or a refund. And according to her Instagram a lot of people are in the same situation as me
