Type of a scam Online Purchase

Account charged and item

I received an email that I had a package in Transit from a company that was listed in the email was and a language I don't understand Chinese I think. The email was from PayPal I called PayPal and ask them what the charges were and why and they and PayPal said I didn't have account with them. However I checked my bank account and I was charged 63.97. today I received a package from s o p i d a that had a smartwatch and earphones that I didn't order. I will be disputing this charge with PayPal And my bank. I just wonder how in the heck I was charged we have PayPal when I don't have a PayPal account
