I ordered the shoes on line, but before executing the order I emailed them and received a response they were a US based company, and the product was US based. Then after placing the order the shipping was set to come from China. It took three weeks to get the product, and the shoes did not fit property. I requested a return RMA, and through a series of emails they tried to up sell me, then provide a discount on a new purchase, then offered a credit of $50, and all I wanted to do was send the shoes back and get a refund. Then they said I could send the product back, but the cost of shipping to "Australia" was going to cost me $106 US for USPS shipping. All in all the cost would total $226 for the original purchase and the shipping. In the end it was not worth sending the shoes back and all I can do is to give the shoes to someone else who can wear them
