Person called from the above number which is SoFi’s number. Stating they saw something suspicious on my debit card. They proceeded to steal my password & change it & the bank also allowed them to change my phone number without ever checking with me first. They were able to get into both my checking and savings accounts. Stole $1500 from my savings & spent $1500 on my debit card at various grocery and retail stores. They also attempted to buy $5000 in airline tickets on my credit card. It took forever to get the charges reversed and my money restored to my accounts (over a year). They had no sense of urgency and I reported them to the BBB, Consumer Affairs & the FBI Fraud Division. Their customer service representatives are all offshore, have thick incomprehensible accents & they are stupid. After I got my money returned & refunded I closed every account I had with this stupid bank. The worst bank on the planet.
