Online item bought Dec 2 from SnuggyWarm (snuggywarm.com) and not received until first week of January. Address was given to me to send item back. I tracked item and it was received by them per usps. Sent numerous emails politely asking for refund to [email protected] and they refuse to give refund or get back to me (have emails to show this). I'm out $70. There is not contact # to reach them at.
