I ordered March 12, 2025. After a month of nothing I emailed them and they responded with they were so sorry and did i check with neighbors. After I verified that I did they said they would ship out again for no cost. After a few weeks with nothing I emailed them back asking for a refund this time and they said they couldnt take the loss of packages and materials and wanted to settle for 10% of what I paid. I of couse said no and gave my reasons and they came back with 100% refund if I didnt come to BBB. I still havent recieved the refund nor the product. And while I only purchased $31.95 worth of stuff I'm sure they scammed others and it adds up. I tried to go to the website and it no longer is working.
