Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
Imagine my surprise when my package arrived, and both products that I ordered were labelled Pueraria Mirifica on the front, however on the actual ingredient list on the back, I was receiving Tribulus Terrestris. PLEASE know that there is a huge difference between these two products; one boosts estrogen (Pueraria Mirifica) and the other is a STERIODAL TESTOSTERONE-boosting herb. My health could have been in real trouble if I had just trusted this company and taken these supplements.
Heavenly Herbs claimed it was an error and refunded me, but when I suggested that the company check over it's inventory so this "error" doesn't happen again, they immediately became incredibly defensive and blocked me from further communication. I'm very saddened that such a trusted company with great reviews would allow this to happen to their unsuspecting customers. How many other times has this happened??
I'm writing to let you know that SMS Herbs and it's sister companies - Heavenly Herbs, Nature's Organica, and Organic Bio Nutraceuticals, are carelessly sending out mislabelled and possibly fraudulent products which could lend to a public health hazard.
My desired outcome of this complaint is for this facility to be fully investigated. Their reactions to my claim - and the fact that their email and listed phone number aren't valid - give me reason to find this company and their business practices very sketchy, if not illegal. I would like a third party to check over their inventory to make sure their products are correctly labelled and manufactured before they wreck havoc on the health of the poor people who trust them, many of whom reside in your state.
