Ordered from smilerenewed.com and the company has disappeared

When I was searching online for information on temporary tooth replacement on 4/14/23, this was one of the website results that came up for Smilerenewed (www.smilerenewed.com). The descriptions, instructions (FAQ) etc sound perfectly valid, & of course include testimonials. There's a video on how to insert them, which I haven't watched. It's a very simple sort of website, with no other pages except to buy the product or to upload a review -- which however takes you to the purchase page which I see now (4/24/23) still has my address on it! (Tho the credit card info is blank.) There's a picture of the bottle, which as I look at it again, I realize seems to have no info labels or anything on it, but it might have had on the other side. (Only I now realize there probably is no real bottle.) I paid $29.00.

I finally tried calling today, & their phone nr doesn't work. I just tried the email ([email protected]), & it came

back undeliverable.

They now have my credit card number. Tho so far no amount other than the purchase price has been charged, but I realize I now have to both dispute the charge & get a replacement card.
