We’re currently looking for a Client Relations Coordinator to join our team at SmartWave Digital Technologies. This is a fully remote position available to candidates anywhere in Canada.
SmartWave is an Ontario-based IT services provider. We support both businesses and public-sector clients with systems maintenance, digital platforms, and managed services. The company was established in 2017 and continues to grow steadily.
About the Role:
You’d be working directly with our clients, helping manage day-to-day communications, maintaining internal records, and assisting with key coordination tasks. The role also includes general support across administrative and operational processes.
We’re looking for someone who’s organized, clear in communication, and comfortable using digital tools. Prior customer service experience is helpful but not required — full training is provided.
The position offers either a full-time or part-time option depending on your availability. Pay is issued weekly via direct deposit or Interac e-Transfer, and a short paid trial week is part of our onboarding process.

Thanks to various OSINT resources, I deduced that it was a fake employment offer. Users beware, as it appears that the threat actor was able to harvest personal details from legitimate job sites I must have applied to.
