I purchased an one way ticket departing from Kinshasa to San Francisco for my Sister for $1195.93 suggested to me by an agent from SmartFares to use itinerary FIH to Istanbul, Turkey via Toronto, Canada to finally arrived to SFO. Instead of them informing me to request a transit visa in Toronto, SmartFares intentionally chose not to communicate that to me resulting in my sister not travelling. , losing, in the process, more than $850.00 in fees.

SmartFares refunded me only $335.00. It is a SCAM.
