I responded to a letter regarding student loan debt consolidation. I provided important personal information on the phone call to David Jones. After getting off the call I googled the business and found a reddit forum that made me aware of the scam. I tried to call back to cancel the agreement but he and another agent acted as if there was nothing to be done since the paperwork was being "processed" even though I had only signed a contract. I reread the contract and found that it could be terminated via email or mail. I sent an email to terminate the contract which was responded to and obliged. I am still interested in reporting the organization for fraud or scamming activities.
