The company initially reached out over the social media platform Instagram. I was contacted regarding a partnership with the company on promoting their jewelry, in exchange for personal page promotion. Upon placing my order I never received the merchandise even after the delivery date.

This company reaches out to people and offers an "brand ambassador program" in which you pay for shipping and receive a box of "free" jewelry a month. During my second month, they charged me twice and informed me that I'd be receiving an extra box (without my approval/consent). More than a month later and I still haven't received either of the second month boxes. I have emailed their support team & directly messaged them on Instagram (6 reach out attempts) but am unable to remove myself from this program. There is no customer service number and I'm now having to cancel my card to avoid additional charges.

Promises to send monthly merchandise for free and person pays for shipping and handling. Charged 3x in one month. Never received items. Charges ranges from 9.99 to 14.99
