After I purchased my ticket, they sent a first email confirming, later a few hours later, they sent a second email that went to the junk "umm" saying they canceled the tickets since they were not available anymore; if I wanted to keep ticket I need to pay more, of course, I said no. I went back in 3 days later, and they were still marketing the same price and same flight liars. This is fake to push you to pay more. When I call them, they keep saying all their basic economy is not available to make you upgrade, and they cancel your first reservations. Stay alert. This is a fake page. Sky flight HUB. They have done this two times to me already. and when I call, this is their excuse all the time when I say I still see the same first price and it is past three days already, but they still lie to me, saying they are no longer available that their system takes time to upload new prices. Liar Liars, fake Liars

Biught an American Airlines ticket and paid with credit card. Did nit receive email Confirmation or e-ticket. Saw a message in my Spam folder of a receipt to paypal fir a similar American. Called Paypal to report, called my bank, went on a chat to this fake website and documented that I canceled flight and told them not to use my credit card. Chat replied they had not charge me. Notified them if my reporting. Went to Phispingpaypal.com and made report there.

I purchased a ticket to Peru for $652. I paid it in full. After two day Delat charged me separately for $416. This happened in May. I have reached out to them almost every other day and they always have an excuse of why they are not sending me my refund. From not getting the check signed by their CEO to having problems with Pay Pal.

Avoid them all all cost! They will scam you out of your money

On May 20 I was online looking for discounts on airfare. Sky Travel Hub came up with an offer of $975 for 2 to Aruba. I selected that offer and waited to her from them. 2 days late they sent me a message stating that that flight was no longer available but the could get seats at $1397.

I accepted that flight and waited on the e-tickets. After a few days I called regarding the tickets any was told a few more days. I continued to call twice a week with the same response. Today June 24 , 2022 I called for the final time to be told that the flight they offered me had a price increase and the reason was because my bank card was declined. The only thing is if my bank declines a transaction I immediately receive an email about a declined transaction and the company never attempted to contact me about an issue or reported it to me when I called. From the other comments I have seen on the ScamPulse.com site this is a common occurrence. They have ScamPulse.com listed on the site as if they have a rating but they are not accredited by the BBB.

Worst company. They canceled my flight but never notified me. They said they called and left messages and the emails were returned as undeliverable. When i verified my contact info they had it wrong even tho it was correct in the confirmation email i received. Then they said my ticket was "pending" and they also said the airline wasnt offering discounted tickets. So which reason was it? DO NOT use this agency. It also says its in AZ, but when i called they had heavy indian accents.

I had the most stressful experience with this company. I must have called 30 times asking for the itinerary and all they said is give us 24 to 72 hours. This was back in May when i placed the reservation. Please believe the reviews when they read. Afew peoplemay have gotten lucky but they make promises they don't keep. I would not recommend ? ?. Some representatives are rude as well. Whew learned my lesson. I wish they would just be honest. It's better to go with the more reputable agencies such as expedia , Priceline or Travelocity . At least you are guaranteed. Read the reviews before proceeding with this company . If I could I would give zero starts but it's not an option.

Gave them credit card # and booked 2 airline tickets with them for American Airlines. At the bottom of the page it said your tickets are processing and they would contact me if needed or send me E-tickets. The page never changed and it looked like it froze up. I checked my bank and no payment had come out. I checked the next day and no payment had come out so I called them and told them my reservation # and they said it had been canceled. I said how can it be canceled? They said those tickets were sold to someone else but we can get you tickets with delta. While I was on hold I checked reviews on them and found out everyone else was telling the same story. Some had money taken out of their checking account a few weeks later. So I had to cancel my debit card so that wouldn't happen to me.

They offer very low prices on line. They take your Credit Card information and then send you pending reservations to your email. They then cancel your reservations without calling or emailing you. Then when you call to inquire, they tell you that the price is no longer available and they offer you a price 2 to 3 times higher than the one they advertised and offered you online. They say 'We are a static website' and someone else was booking the reservation the same time as you and they got it first!"

BUYERS BEWARE! SKY TRAVEL HUB IS NOT WHO YOU WANT TO BOOK YOUR AIRLINE TICKETS WITH!

Do not book reservations with this company, they are a scam! I have read the other reviews and found that they had the EXACT same experience as I did. I thought I found an awesome price for a ticket from Phoenix, Arizona to Detroit, Michigan. The price was $342.00 per person. The tickets were purchased so we could attend a funeral. What an especially sad time to scam someone, but they couldn't care less! I waited for days for them to take the money from my credit card and when they didn't I called to talk with them. They told me that my reservation was cancelled and they could now give me the same ticket for $900. They said they had emailed me, which they didn't and then they said they called me, which they didn't. When I told them I never got an email, they said that it probably went to SPAM. Interesting how the travel booking number came to the right email, but then they claim other emails 'probably went to spam'. I called several times to speak with a supervisor during 3 different times of the day. They told me 3 different times of the day, "The supervisor is not here, they will be here in 2 hours and 45 minutes". This company is a scam and I am not sure how they are allowed to continue business. They place their business in a foreign country and have them perpetuate this fraudulent service.

Someone needs oversight of this business! They are causing honest customers to be dubbed by such scammers with such low integrity! I will never book with this company and if you happen to read this BEFORE you book with them, DON'T DO IT! They are just out to direct your attention to them by dangling a great priced ticket in front of you and then snatching it away to offer you a ticket 3 times as high. Their hopes are that they have put in such a bad fix, that you will take whatever they have. This is not how we do business in AMERICA! GET IT RIGHT Sky Travel Hub.

They had advertised on Priceline for cheap Fare. I booked my flight and waited for confirmation email and nothing came through, so I decided to call them up the customer service representative Leo said the ticket for that price was not available anymore and he decided to upgrade me for higher price , and said 48-72 hours I would get my itinerary send via email. I had to call them again to get my status and I didn’t get the answers I needed and felt something is wrong . I asked Leo to to cancel my flight and send me confirmation and I didn’t get anything back they still charged me credit card and blocked my card for them to use it . Never again believe these low prices online . This company is scam .

Tried booking a flight with them but never got a confirmation email and so I called and spoke to someone and they told me those flights were no longer available so I had to choose a different one(for more money). I ended up declining. A few weeks later I get this attempt of a charge on my card...

They'll have insanely cheap flight fares on their website. They will give you a confirmation number after you book with them but it's their website confirmation, not an actual airlines confirmation. I ended up calling the next day since I needed the tickets pretty soon. They said the ticket that I booked with American Airlines at $315 is no longer available and now I have to pay $562 to get a new delta airlines ticket. This is a classic strategy to put you in a situation where you'll have to buy the ticket because you already know the flight prices are gonna get even higher as the days go by. You call them and it's like a call center full of Indian dudes convincing you that you're getting a good deal even though they've already scammed you in the first place. They will also persuade you to not cancel the booking with them and sound hostile if you say anything about canceling.

Please Please please stay away from sky travel hub. These people are the worst. I had booked 3 flights for me and my kids. Did the purchasing they sent me an email with the flight number and timing and the airline departure time and arrival time. I was really excited for the pricing. They told me it takes 48-72 hours for the processing and that they would send me an email with the confirmation number. However nothing happened no confirmation number. Got no email from them nothing. I called them again and had told me that it was almost on the last stage of processing to thecall back in 2 days. I called back again within 2 days just to find out for them to tell me that they had to cancel my flight because the airline had made alot of cancelations and that the money was returned back when actually they never did the processing and the money was never taken out. Thank God for that. I was upset because they sold me false advertising and was lied to & no one emailed me or got back to me if it wasn't for me to make the calls I would've never known what was going on. These people are liars and irresponsible very terrible experience with them it was to late for me to find another flight for that price. Thanks for nothing ???????

Worst experience ever. Horrible, sham company. I booked a ticket to travel for work and as it was getting close to the date prices were going up and i made the mistake of booking through this company. After reading the reviews, i asked the man booking the ticket that they won't cancel my ticket and got many assurances they would not and they promised personal follow up. Ofcourse at the last minute (a few days before my travel) they cancelled the ticket and left me totally scrambling. Am so disappointed and frustrated. I truly hope they go out of business, i don't want anyone else going through what i went through.

I was recently searching for airfare for a vacation and came across this site. Advertising amazing deals I proceeded to book 3 plane tickets complete with my family’s names and DOB and my credit card information. Thinking I had completed the purchase I later checked my email, to then find out the plane tickets were “pending approval.” The next day I received an email saying my tickets were unavailable at that price, however, we’re available for an additional $800. If I wanted them to respond back with my approval. I disregarded and booked a slightly longer travel day but still within my timeframe. Only to have the same thing happen again. I also received text messages and later a phone call about my reservation. They were trying to confirm my booking…but now at a reduced up charge of $600. When asked about the 12 other flights with that same price…they said the site is manually updated….???? Whatever that means. I do not believe this site is a valid website for travel and would caution people to stay far away from these scammers.
