Boise Sky Lyte Lantern Festival was advertised. I bought tickets and parking space on 7/20/2023 for a total of $187.00 order #LYTESLF100301, I then received an email on 7/26/2023 that everything had been refunded/cancelled. I sent an email asking why on 7/26/2023, again on 7/31/2023. Then I stated the refund never came through my credit credit card. I sent an email on 8/28 asking for the refund be applied to my credit card. Again on 9/7/2023. I again sent an email 10/3/2023 stating that I have not ever received the refund promised on order #LYTESLF100301. I have yet to hear back from them in the 4 attempts I have tried to make contact asking why the cancellation of my tickets and why I have not received my refund.
