Type of a scam Online Purchase

I came across the Skween skin tint stick product via Instagram. I placed my order but something felt odd. The site alleges that their product won the Allure 2024 and Glamour 2024 seals/recognition. Once I checked each of these sites, the Skween skin tint product was not listed on either. I then went to their Instagram page (skweenies, which is verified) to check their videos. I then realized that the product that’s being used to pose as Skween’s skin tint is actually Anastasia Beverly Hill’s Beauty Balm Serum Boosted Skin Tint stick. You can obviously see the Anastasia logo when the women in the videos are wiping the product on their face. This made me feel very uneasy, as no REAL business would ever use a product that is NOT theirs to advertise their products. I have screenshots of everything. I also reached out to their email to ask for an order cancellation before the product ships. I called my credit card company but they’re unable to do anything until the payment is posted. I can only sit and wait to see if Skween with either cancel my order or grant me a return with a full refund. I don’t understand how a platform as big as Instagram would allow fake/scamming businesses to advertise their products.
