Ordered a collagen face mask and when I went on the website, it indicated that the country of origin was UTC+1. However, the return address is: Jerry Yasfbara, 9208 Charles Smith Ave, Rancho Cucamonga, CA. When I googled his name, this is where I found the scam.

I am trying to return the product and get my American Express reimbursed.
