Ordered rings from simplistic by byanka on December 8, 2025. Received the order confirmation via email for the purchase. A shipping label was prepared on January 5, 2026 when I used USPS tracking number to see the progress. After some more time, I reached out via email inquiring about the shipping delay. I provided my order number for them to be able to trace it. I then received an email on January 21, 2026 with the same info as before. The email said my item was shipped. I followed the USPS tracking number again and the only update is that the "shipping label created, USPS awaiting item." So she created a shipping label but never delivered the item to the USPS to be shipped. I responded to that email today, January 31, 2026, letting them know the item still hasnt arrived and that I will be disputing the charge on my credit card. I had previously commented on the tiktok page of the business in hopes to get into contact with the owner, but all she did was delete the comments and ignored me.
