Simisienna never sent discount code and has non-existent customer service

IT STARTED WITH THE WEBSITE SIMISIENNA.COM OFFERING 20% OFF FOR SIGNING UP FOR TEXT MESSAGES AND EMAIL. THEY NEVER SENT THE CODE FOR THE PERCENTAGE OFF. I EMAILED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AT [email protected] BECAUSE I REALLY WANTED TO MAKE A PURCHASE AND THEY NEVER RESPONDED. I SENT THEM A MESSAGE ON INSTAGRAM AND AFTER WEEKS THEY SAID TO EMAIL THEM AGAIN AND THAT THEY WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO COMPLY AND THEY NEVER DID. IT IS LIKE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST. AFTER TALKING TO OTHER PEOPLE ON THE INTERNET THEY HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEMS AND WORSE. THEIR CLOTHING ITEMS DON'T GET DELIVERED AND THE COMPANY MAKES UP EXCUSES AND SAYS THINGS LIKE THE LEGGINGS NEED FURTHER INSPECTIONS AND THERE IS A DELAY. THE CLOTHES ARE EXPENSIVE AND THEY ARE SCAMMING SO MANY PEOPLE OUT OF MONEY. IT IS VERY UPSETTING AND FRUSTRATING. IT'S LIKE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST. NO ONE RESPONDS. THE SITE HAD SEVERAL DIFFERENT EMAILS THAT NO ONE REPLY BACK FROM. OTHER EMAILS WERE, [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]. OTHER WEDSITES INCLUDE HTTPS://SOUKANDSEPIA.COM, AND HTTPS://WWW.SIMISIENNA.COM.
