There was a website on Facebook advertising Halloween related apparel. I purchased a few items totaling $35.00. I received tracking information that said it was delivered, but it was not delivered. I reached out to customer service and they said they would resend. I never received it. I requested a refund. They wanted to only give 70%. I said no, I expected the full refund. They agreed and reported it would take a few days to see it on my bank account. I gave them until the end of November to fill my request. I do not have any refund in my account.
