Type of a scam Debt Collections
The bank she says I took the loan out with says I have NEVER taken out such loans or any loans for that matter. I have not received any letters in the mail regarding this loan, yet, Casey Hart insists I have received mail and/or any other documentation of this loan. Sorry, but I have not and I keep ANY and ALL documents when it comes to loans and any money transactions for that matter......there are NO loans papers or mail of any kind. I've talk to several representatives about this company and that they are trying to collect money from me when I owe no loans or debts of any kind. The representatives at my bank have done a thorough search throughout my account from the time I opened an account with them and up to today (March 9, 2016), they do not see any "so called" loans and there has been NO deposits from any CWB Services LLC companies.
The loan amount in question that I am being asked for is $390. Roughly 3 months ago, I received a similar call but from National Principal Group for a loan of $600-$700 that was taken out at the same time as the $390 payday loan. Both companies could not and would not give adequate information. They asked for my SSN and I would not give it. I have not heard back from National Principal Group since they threatened with a lawsuit and I told them to go ahead with taking me to court. Now, I am having the same issue and threat with Casey Hart from Shoreline Online LLC, in which I have found no results on this company except for it being a collection scam and they are affiliated and/or a branch of CWB Services LLC just like National Principal Group. She also made a threatening remark that my bank account would be frozen until they get their money. This did not settle well and I called my bank to inform of this. With the representatives at my bank knowing what's going on, they suggested I apply a Stop Pay for this company just in case they do attempt to freeze my accounts and take money without permission or my knowing.
I would like this company investigated as I've seen a few where others have been contacted by them and tried collecting money on a loan that was never applied for. Also, I would like if they did not call anymore as I've already told CWB, National Principal Group, and their affiliates to stop calling and to take me off the call list, yet, they continue to do so.
