I visited a site called https://www.shoptyla.com and ordered a product from there. I did not receive any update or email and never received the product. I used after pay for payment and upon looking at details for the merchant it shows a website called theliplabel.com when I click on it it’s a whole different website that has absolutely nothing to do with anything I ordered and shows like a blog website. There is no customer service contact on the website that I ordered from only a chat option that sends the same automated response with no real person to speak with. I believe both of these websites are fraudulent and scamming people and stealing their money. They have the shoptyla site as their ordering site and have the other site as a dummy one too. I did not have any contact details but there was a email that shows on the merchant part on Afterpay that shows an iCloud email.
