I ordered this product for weight loss and paid for it with my credit card. The product was shipped with a fraudulent shipping label. I received a notice from my post office that they could not deliver the product because of fraudulent label that wasn't paid for so if I wanted the product, I would have the pay for shipping of $15.95. So that meant I would be paying a double shipping price. So they turned it onto the fraud department and sent back the product. I have received numerous emails saying they will send it to their response team and get back to me on refunding my money but there is no return email address other than hit the reply back button. So to this date 1/29/2026 i have yet received my refund.
