The issue is that the product I received does not match the product advertised on your website.

The listing clearly advertises bras with “4-Layer 360° Jelly Strips offering stay-put Support & Lift.” The bras I received do not contain these support layers and are constructed differently than the product shown in your listing. the bras lack the advertised layered support structure and do not match the product description or images on the website. The bras on the website and the ones that I received are completely different, the one I received was poor poor quality, I did get scammed. I reached out to the customer service team and they told me that they could only offer me 20% a new purchase.

Businesses website is misleading. Said I signed up subscription for a one time purchase. Purchased 3 month supply on Jan. 22 and business charged my credit card for another 3 month supply the following month in the amount of $84.98. I immediately requested to stop the order on Feb. 22 and the business responded after 24 hours trying to convince me to remain on subscription plan and that they would pause for 5 months or I could request refund. I told them no, just to cancel and refund and then they told me that it was against their policy to refund after initial charge and nothing I can do about it.

Purchased a motorized pool float on June 18th. They tried to get the money from my card, but my bank stopped them. Then the next day they got it against my wishes. Scam comes from within Shopify. Email pretends to be Shopify support with a legit email address "[email protected]". This would make any reasonable person think that the subdomain is legit, as it is part of shopify.com. But apparently it is indeed a scam or phishing. Has been going on for some time, so Shopify knows this is happening, but is not (or are unable to) taking steps to protect its customers from scams from inside the domain.

They actually have a website where you can call and get assistance but no one there can really give you assistance and they keep charging you $29.99 every month even though I don’t have a business or a shipping account. Me thinking I was safe, I went ahead and purchased. a day later my card was locked because my bank picked up abnormal activity. This isn't the only company that has scammed me. there is another one around the same time. that company took. 39.99

My company uses Shopify for our website. I contacted the “help center” via online chat about an issue. The agent put me on hold for several minutes and I ended the chat. After maybe 1 hr I received a suspicious email from Shopify stating that they received a request to remove the 2 step verification from my website ( which I did not request). I logged in and noticed some suspicious new login that wasn’t me. I deleted the login. I want to let everyone with a Shopify website know to be careful, because the representatives at the help center are attempting to hack our accounts/websites. This is a Canada based company and American users should be careful.

Incident Description :

Between October 22 and October 25, 2024, unauthorized access to my Shopify account resulted in the fraudulent creation and use of a Shopify Credit card. This led to over $7,000 in unauthorized transactions involving internet gaming currency purchases and digital goods.

On October 24, I noticed suspicious activity on my account and contacted Shopify support immediately. I also found that someone had enabled two-factor authentication without my consent, locking me out of my account. Despite reporting the issue to Shopify and taking immediate action to secure my account (e.g., resetting passwords), fraudulent transactions continued, and my account remained compromised.

Shopify has since denied my dispute, stating that all transactions were authorized through my login credentials, and they are holding me responsible for the fraudulent charges. Additionally, they are requiring me to pay for the unauthorized transactions, including a manual repayment of $7,598.14 that was actioned from my account on October 27, 2024—without my knowledge or consent.

Shopify has refused to accept responsibility for the breach and has not provided sufficient evidence or support to resolve the matter. Instead, they continue to place the financial burden on me, despite clear evidence that the account was accessed and used fraudulently by an unauthorized party.

Furthermore, Shopify's lack of timely notifications regarding the creation of the credit card and the fraudulent transactions contributed to the extent of the financial loss.
