Website depicts an individual jewler that is retiring and having a sale on handmade jewelry. Items were received from Asia, weeks later, poorly consructed, poor quality, and fake. Website says "hassle free returns" however when you attempt to return "Sheryl" states it will be too expensive to return and instead offers 10% of purchase price back only. They even sign the emails with "Sheryl" as if you are cooresponding with her.

Very cheap quality that does not match even close the images depicted on their web site.

Returns and refunds are near impossible with 100% guarantee you won't get your money back.

I responded to ads that I had seen about a jewelry store closing and offering a close out on handmade jewelry. I placed an order for 3 pieces totaling over $70. It took 2 weeks to arrive and once they did I was appalled at the horrible quality. They loo like they came from a gumball machine. I would never consider wearing these things, nor would I have considered purchasing them. The AI photos and product description are far from what arrived. There's no place to request a refund. I've sent an email to the company to ask for a refund. I've received no response to date.

I ordered from this website that showed beautiful jewelry and said to be closing down the business. The merchandise was sent from IL and turned out to be very bad imitations of the originals. The site stated their return policy would credit monies back as long as the product was returned in 30 days. When I asked for a credit I was told their returns had to be overseas and would cost a considerable amount and it would be best to just accept a 10% refund and keep the junk. Very professional looking website but no phone number, only email.

The website featured a sale of jewelry from Sheryl Duncan, a 40-year jewelry designer who was closing her store. They were supposed to be made and shipped within the US. The package came from China and the pieces look like they had come out of a cracker or a dollar store.

I ordered 3 pcs of jewelry from the Shery Duncan company supposedly in GA - part of a business closing sale. My card was charges and shipping from USPS notice (awaiting package arrival) sent. After 7 days I contacted the company via the website and was notified by email that the order was held up in shipping. After 5 more days I sent and additional message as to Hey where's my order and received no response. Filled a credit card fraud complaint with American Express on 7/23/2025 after seeing this ScamPulse.com scam report on Sheryl Duncan Company.

I ordered 3 peices of jewelry from an advertised website, stating the woman was going out of business. She made it look like she had a shop in London and made the peices herself. The jewelry is coming from China. This company product is cheap and unwearable and is ripping people off
