Ad was on Facebook for a small suitcase, advertised by Shark Tank. Ordered in early May. Two weeks later, emailed to get the status. Still processing the order which I know comes form another country (not sure which one). Three weeks later...delivered to "wrong" address on tracking sheet. Said they would now resend the the package but will take 15-25 business days. I asked for a refund. They "can't" give one. I have an email now that says they shipped it and it's in transit. I asked for the number, but of course "logistics is having issues." I just want a refund. These people are ridiculous. And if I lose $45, then it's my own fault for ordering!
