I looked at Kendra Scott's ad on social media. A little later another Kendra Scott ad appeared. I clicked on it and proceeded to order a necklace with a jeweled baseball. I got a confirmation email that said Kendra Scott and tracking info. It was shipped within the USA and came quickly. Once I opened it I know immediately it was not true Kendra Scott as I have several pieces. It was not even a baseball. It was just a solid red piece of junk. I contacted them immediately and their solution was to offer me a 17% refund and admitted I would have to pay to send it back to China and that would be too expensive. They did not offer to send me what I ordered. They will not send me a real product or give me my money back.
