Lied under pretenses of being an extended auto warranty. (Through a Hyundai car) said I had 30 days to decide if I wanted to keep or refund the deposit. Took the first payment a month before the listed date as well. That makes it $205 out the hole. Told me to mail a booklet back to get my money back. Then after I was postal notified they received it a month goes by still nothing. On the phone they said it'd be 2 weeks. Then I call and tell them and they "requested a refund ticket" said it'd be 5 to 10 days. Still nothing after 20 days and then I call today and their manager was "stuck in a meeting". Which multiple people in the complaints noted happened to them on the phone.
