Toussn advertised a couch for sale on tiktok. I purchased the couch using a credit card. I never received the couch. It's impossible to create an account on their website toussn.com. No order confirmation email. They claimed it had been delivered in an email. Then when I insisted it hadn't been delivered they sent me this email stating they would refund 55% of my money. They need to be in prison!

We sent the package to you according to the correct address, but there was a problem when the staff delivered the package.

In order to make up for your loss, we will offer a 55% refund of your total payment as compensation. Then you can buy something similar at your local. May we know your opinion.
