Saw an ad for hooded sweats, ordered them 1/27/26. Checking tracking, my package had NOT MOVED AT ALL. Then when i complained and asked why, they give me new tracking that shows my package in my home town. IT WAS NOT! Contacted them again about the lie, they refunded 15% (that's a lie, too) for the 'inconveniience'. Then i did what i should have before letting the order stand: i looked serirune up online asking if it is a legitimate business, the answer came back NOT A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS. I then demanded a refund of what i paid. It shows 'pending' on my original payment method, i have yet to see that money back in my account. AWX*TRDLIVPORCHCOM is where the payment went and where my 'refund' is supposed to be coming from.
