Bogus shipping label, product never shipped. First told me that they checked with the warehouse and product was shipped. Then told me product was being held in customs. Scam

Ordered product & received order confirmation. Product never shipped. No way to contact customer service using list phone number. Business address is fake. Can only work with them via email or chat through their website. I’m clearly not their only victim.

I ordered Seranova Micro Infusion kit and never received it. Tracking was bogus, customer service did nothing after stating they would refund me. The phone number given is a person's cell phone. I repeatedly emailed the company and got automated responses.
